Alpa, Founder & Managing Director of StatuSafe, brings 15+ years of experience in finance, accounting, taxation and statutory regulations, including leadership roles as Finance Director across engineering, manufacturing and services. An MBA in Business Finance with a background in Accounting & Taxation, her experience led her to recognise a critical business reality: the cost and risk of non-compliance can far exceed the cost of doing it right. Having handled hundreds of scrutiny proceedings and inspections, Alpa founded StatuSafe in 2010 with a clear purpose—to help organisations manage compliance not as a tick-box exercise, but as an essential part of protecting their business.

Headquartered in Mumbai and serving organisations across India, StatuSafe is an end-to-end HR and statutory compliance partner that combines deep expertise, process discipline and practical business understanding.
